However, there is only one condition; All the Dutch people have to pay. That becomes clear from a research of the environments and nature plan office. Also Dutch people find that the government must help the citizens with leading a more durable life style, for example with subsidies. |

 BRUSSEL – “This is the most ambitious climate program ever.” That is what prime minister Jan Peter Balkenende from The Netherlands said Thursday about the proposals that are on the agenda for discussion with all the European Union leaders Thursday and Friday in Brussels.
